** Lesson payments are based on a yearly fee & divided into quarterly payments.
The payment doesn't change depending on the number of lessons per month.

**Please do your best to pay quarterly, as we only have a secretary every other month.

Child XS-M: $60/costume
Child L-Adult L: $75/costume
Adult XL & Up: may have add'l charge

The Costume Fee is not a costume deposit, it is a costume fee paid in full. There is no balance due later (except possibly Adult XL and Advanced Hula). This fee includes the costume, headpiece, shipping, tax, shoe ribbons, shoe dye, sequins, small props, etc. The only additional cost will be tights.

‍Absolutely NO costumes will be ordered if your costume fee is not paid by November 7th.
If you pay late, your dancer will not be able to participate in the recital.
‍No costumes are to leave the studio until all fees for the year are paid in full, including lesson and recital fees!!

** Please note the recital fee had to be raised due to Northmont
Auditorium renovations. Their fees went up drastically.

important payment info

Paying by check? If the last name on the check is different from the child's last name, please make sure to write the child's full name on the check memo line or it may get posted to the wrong account!
Paying by cash? Please put your payment in a sealed envelope with the student's name on the outside so we can post to the correct account.
LATE FEES: There will be a $10 late fee if your payment is received late. If you miss the pay week, please put your payment in the payment box. It should be properly marked with the student's name. Also, be sure to include the $10 late fee or it will be added to your next payment.
Returned Check Fee: A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks. After one check has been returned, you will have to pay in cash.
Final Day to Pay all tuition and fees for the dance season including the recital fee is March 13, 2025! If you have an outstanding balance after this date, your dancer will NOT be able to participate in the recital.
